Soccer all-stars finish second in district

The Effingham County Recreation and Parks Department's 12-and-under soccer all-stars recently finished second in the GRPA District 1 tournament. The team includes Jayden Brierton, Tyler Cantaline, Dawson Kelly, Newton Kieffer, Michael Hesling, Griffin Howe, Riley Metzger, Olivia Morgan, Mason Plantadis, Aiden Pluff, Simon Strickland and Jake Waldhour.
