In an impromptu news conference on the edge of his Rincon Commercial Park, Herman Woods expressed again his frustration at the city of Rincon's lack of proper procedure in the taking of a piece of his land improperly for the building of a well house for the city.
Rincon's nearly completed pump house on 17th Street was partially bulldozed sometime between Sunday evening and Monday morning. The west end of the building had been taken down, with brick scattered around the area.
The owner of a Rincon custom motorcycle shop might have to find a new place to run his business after city officials told him that his current business license does not allow him to do business the way he's presently doing it.
