Governor, state hail Kia’s grand opening

WEST POINT - Gov. Sonny Perdue joined with Mong-Koo Chung, Chairman of the Hyundai-Kia Automotive Group, Friday to celebrate the grand opening of Kia's first North American manufacturing facility, located in West Point.
