On March 29 more than 160 family members, residents, visitors and staff attended the Ms. ECC pageant anticipating who will be crowned the queen. After the votes were tallied, Willene Kessler was crowned Ms. Effingham Care Center 2008. A reception following the pageant was held in honor of the nine ladies who participated in the pageant.
