Jeff Kramer was installed as president of the Effingham County chapter of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah. Kramer is the vice president of construction for Ernest Homes.

Rotary targets wiping out polio

Rotary's worldwide goal of eradicating polio is aided by the $1 million matching grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. ACS pays visit to Sunrise Rotary
