The 2007 Williams family reunion has hit the small screen.
The 2008 Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf announced that all Imperial Sugar Company employees will be given the opportunity to attend the upcoming tournament at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa, April 21–27. The tickets are being donated by the Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf tournament.
On Monday, U.S. Rep John Barrow (D-Savannah) will host a workshop to help folks in the area fill out the forms they need to submit in order to receive their tax rebate checks, and to provide some last minute tax advice. The workshop will run from 6-7:30 p.m., and will be held at the Savannah Morning News Auditorium, located at 1375 Chatham Parkway, between I-16 and Ogeechee Road.

This past weekend Statesboro's Cheer South All-Stars competed in the last of their nine competitions for the 2007-2008 year. This was also the end of the graduating seniors' competition cheerleading career. Six of the 19 girls will be graduating in May so their National Cheer Star Grand National Champion win in Savannah was bitter sweet. Not only did they score the highest in their level 4 division but this team scored the highest scores in the entire competition for all five levels of teams competing.
