Prom promise money given to ECHS

John Conley of the Peace Officers Association of Georgia, Georgia State Patrol troopers and Effingham County Sheriff Jimmy McDuffie and Chief Deputy Richard Bush present a $2,500 check to Jasmine Nethels and other Effingham County High School junior class officers. The money is for "prom promise" and will be used for prom week activities that encourage an alcohol-free prom.
