Young Farmers get a taste of the county's agriculture

Eighteen people participated in the annual Effingham County Young Farmers tour on Saturday, kicking their morning off with a buffet-style breakfast at Claudette's Country Kitchen in Guyton.

STC moving adult education classes

SAVANNAH - The Savannah Technical College Adult Education program, currently housed at the Richard Arnold facility, will be relocated during August to the college's Savannah Campus at 5717 White Bluff Rd. The Adult Education program offers general education development classes, testing and English as a second language (ESL) courses.
