Armstrong to hold open house for all ASU alumni

The Armstrong Alumni Center will host an open house party for all former Armstrong students on June 5 from 5:30-7 p.m. in Burnett Hall. The Alumni Association will hold its annual meeting at 7 p.m. in Jenkins Theater on the same evening.

Teen Maze shows actions have consequences

South Effingham High School juniors and seniors participated in Teen Maze on Tuesday. During the game, students encountered a variety of obstacles that can prevent or delay their graduation from high school. Teen Maze demonstrates to students that every decision they make has consequences and some of those consequences are not good. Volunteers from local hopsitals, school, EMS, fire and members of the Effingham County Sheriff's Office helped with the event.
