Sand Hill awarded Caring Cup

Employees of the Effingham County School System pledged a record amount of $40,000 to the 2007 United Way Campaign. For the second consecutive year, Sand Hill Elementary was presented with the Caring Cup Award in recognition for pledging more than any other school in the system.
