WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans is honored to announce the winners of the Horatio Alger Georgia Scholarship, including Hannah Boyd of the Effingham County High School class of 2013.
Effingham County Cloverleaf 4-H'ers camped at Rock Eagle 4-H Center, the largest 4-H center in the world, located in Eatonton. This summer camp is designed for fifth- and sixth- grade students. Effingham 4-H camped 143 total participants, including cloverleaf campers, adults and teen leaders.
