Medient nearing new master plan

The revised master plan for a massive studioplex in Effingham County could be finished within two weeks, according to the new CEO of Medient Studios. Jake Shapiro told the Industrial Development Authority that Medient remains committed to building the largest studio in the U.S. in Effingham County. There will be changes, including moving the site of the studioplex closer to Old River Road.
