Clemmons joins Spine & Sport staff

Spine & Sport welcomes Tim Clemmons to the team. Clemmons is a new physical therapist at Spine & Sport.

Clemmons earned his doctorate of physical therapy from the University of South Alabama. The Carrollton, Ala., native worked as a high school athletic trainer for three years in Bay Minette, Ala., before entering the physical therapy program. Clemmons entered the athletic field as a certified athletic trainer in 2001 and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from the University of West Alabama.  

He became a certified strength and conditioning specialist and earned his masters.

Spine & Sport has facilities located in Effingham, Richmond Hill, on Wilmington Island and downtown Savannah. Clinics are open until 8 p.m.  

Spine & Sport will open its new downtown Savannah location on July 7 at 8 a.m. It is located at the corner of Whitaker and Oglethorpe at 22 West Oglethorpe Ave.

Spine & Sports’ grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at the new location on July 22. The celebration is be open to the public and will include a tour of the new facility, brunch and access to physical therapists as well as personal trainers. Consult with physical therapist or personal trainers from 10 a.m.-noon and discuss your pain or weight loss.
