Rincon Police makes arrests in vandalism, burglary incidents Rincon Police arrested two men Thursday after they broke into a house on West 7th Street. Joshua Buckner, 21, and Dominique Ellison, 19, were arrested and have been charged with burglary, said Rincon Police Chief Mike Bohannon. Ellison was arrested at the scene. Buckner, who fled on foot, was taken into custody several hours later. Buckner and Ellison are alleged to have taken cash, cameras, cell phones and prescription drugs.
