	ECSO drug agents bust south Effingham meth lab Effingham County Sheriff’s Office drug suppression agents uncovered a meth lab off Deerfield Road on Monday and arrested three men they say were running it. Barry Edward Headrick, 34, Bradley Allen Manuel, 21, and Allen Eugene Miles, 23, were arrested late Monday afternoon and booked into the Effingham County Jail on numerous drug-related charges.
