Kesslers named fair parade grand marshals Thomas and Ramona Kessler have been selected as the grand marshals for the 2010 Effingham Fair Parade. The Kesslers were selected by Effingham Fair Committee for their 35 years of service and support to the Effingham County Fair. Ramona Kessler has been the fair secretary/treasurer for more than 30 years. Interacting with Rotary Michaela Lariscy is the president of the South Effingham High School Interact Club and shared with the Effingham Rotary Club her experience this past summer attending Rotary Youth Leadership Awards at South Georgia College which was aimed at developing leadership skills in high school students.
