RINCON -- Mere months after deciding he needed a new, more exciting place to live, Dr. Hamsa Thota got snagged in a web of service that he doesn't want to escape.

Thota, governor of Rotary District 6920, told Rincon Rotarians on Thursday that his life changed for the better when he started heeding Rotary's Four -Way Test: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Thota, a St. Simons resident, urged the local club to recruit new members to extend Rotary's global effort to serve humanity, including its goal of eradicating polio.
