The Effingham County Young Farmers organization will host its annual auction March 25 in the Effingham County High School cafeteria, beginning at 6 p.m.

The annual fundraiser for the Lloyd Arnsdorff Memorial Scholarship fund will include a live auction and a silent auction, with more than 200 items for bid.

Also, ribeye steak suppers with all the trimmings will be sold at the auction for $10 per plate. No reservations are needed.

The auction supports scholarships for graduating seniors at Effingham County High School and South Effingham High School who are FFA members and plan to pursue higher education.

The event also helps the Effingham County Young Farmers promote agriculture.
