Georgia Power area manager Dinah King, engineering supervisor Brian Dickey and engineers Kenny Burgstiner and Mike Gresham gave a presentation to the Sunrise Rotary Club on the scheduled electrical power upgrades in Effingham County. Dickey explained how it would impact each community. Burgstiner and Gresham demonstrated the “Power Town” educational display, used to help show the dangers of downed electrical power lines.
