Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Boyles Sr. of Guyton celebrated 67 years of marriage on Dec. 5, 2012. They were married on Dec. 5, 1945 in Springfield by Rev. B.E. Whittington.

The couple have two children, Linda and Ronnie McDaniel of Guyton and Leonard (Lynn) and Mickey Boyles of Baxley; four grandchildren, Ron and Amy McDaniel of Guyton, Kelly and Ryan Strickland of Rincon, Jason and Mandy Boyles of Statesboro and Jeffrey and Christy Boyles of Pembroke; and 10 great-grandchildren, Kendra McDaniel, Morgan McDaniel, Samuel Strickland, Reagan Boyles, Simon Strickland, Gracelynn Boyles, Bryson McDaniel, Silas Strickland, Graham Boyles and Lawson Boyles.
