Ronald and Ernestine Dasher of Guyton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on March 29. They will be honored at a reception from 4:30-6 p.m. Sunday at Sandhill Baptist Church in Guyton.

The couple married on Easter Sunday, March 29, 1959, in Savannah. They have four children, Pam Townsend and husband, Darrell, of Pooler, Ronnie Dasher and wife, Christy, of Rincon, Darrell Dasher of Guyton and Dwayne Dasher and wife, Michelle, of Guyton. They are lovingly known as Nana and Papa to nine grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

Ronald retired in December 1996 after 36 and a half years with CSX Railroad and now works for the Effingham County School Board at Sand Hill Elementary. Ernestine is a loving wife and homemaker.

Friends and family are invited to attend the reception.
