Mr. and Mrs. Robert Van Horton of Springfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Vania L. Horton of Statesboro, to Bradley Wayne Hagan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hagan of Statesboro.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bobby and Pat Horton, Gene and Patsy Braswell and Wiley and Rosalyn Thomas and is the great-granddaughter of Marguerite Dutton. Vania is currently attending Ogeechee Technical College and is employed by Walker Pharmacy.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Nolan and Shirley Brown and John and Sybil Hagan. He attended Georgia Southern University and is employed by John Hagan Plumbing & Electrical.

The couple has planned to wed on April 10, 2010, at 6 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Statesboro.
