Do you have a food or health lover on your Christmas list but not sure what to give? Or maybe thats you and youd like to share a list with your friends and family.

Im going to help you out with a holiday gift guide geared toward wellness. These gifts would be enjoyable any time of year so even if youre done with your holiday shopping, keep this list handy.

Here are 10 of my favorite products, resources or ideas below I hope your loved ones enjoy them too.

1. Instant Pot

Chances are very good youve heard of this product by now. If you havent, its a cross between a pressure cooker and slow cooker. It can make anything from rice to dessert to yogurt. It cooks FAST and can take the place of about 10 different kitchen appliances. It may sound too good to be true, but I assure you it isnt. When it first became available it was more expensive, but the price has come down to around $100, so its a good time to buy.

2. Yoga Download Membership

This is a great resource, best described by their slogan, Take yoga anywhere." They have a variety of classes for any level of yogi, any style of yoga, and any length of class you might want. Once you download them, they are yours to keep.

It may be a more affordable and convenient option for yoga lovers, especially if they prefer at-home workouts or are traveling frequently. Personally, Ive enjoyed these classes more than studio class. Obviously, you arent getting the care and attention of an instructor, which is a downside, but a good option for someone who may need it.

3. Crate and Barrel

I really love the quality and affordability of Crate and Barrel products. They have a clean, sleek look with an emphasis on durability. I particularly like their mixing bowls, storage bowls, bamboo utensil set and essential dinnerware. You could gift a particular product or a gift card for your loved one to get what they want or need.

4. Eat Healthy Designs

Are you a sucker for a good food pun or know someone who is? Eat Healthy Designs has you covered with apparel, greeting cards and even food pun pencils. You Guac My World or Turnip the Beet are some examples of what youll find. This is a unique gift for someone who would appreciate it.

5. Intuitive Eating Resources

As a dietitian who practices with a nondiet, weight-neutral approach, I cant recommend Intuitive Eating enough. Its a well-researched approach to health and well-being while keeping someone out of a diet mindset or disordered eating behaviors. There is a book, audiobook and workbook and all are most effective when used together.

6. Anthropologie Monogram Mugs

Personalized gifts always feel more meaningful. These mugs are very affordable but great quality and each person in the family can enjoy their own. You could gift it with hot chocolate, coffee, tea or a soup mix.

7. Eastbay Gift Card

We go through quite a bit of athletic equipment at our house. Basketball shoes, racquets, cleats, socks, balls, clothing, etc. This is our favorite website for the whole family. There are lots of options out there when shopping for sports supplies, but if you have a sports enthusiast on your list, they may enjoy browsing this site.

8. The Kitchn Cookbook

My favorite resource when looking for a new recipe, learning a new cooking method or technique or trying to find a way to use a new ingredient is The Kitchn. You cant go wrong with this cookbook and will be a great kitchen staple for any food lover.

9. Cast Iron Skillet

A well-seasoned cast iron skillet naturally has a nonstick surface. This makes it easy to cook with and easy to clean. It can also go safely from the stove to the oven, which isnt typical of nonstick pans. Also, cooking in cast iron can increase the iron content of your food, boosting its nutrition. This particular one is very affordable and if you have a friend or family member who enjoys cooking, a cast iron skillet is probably very high on their list (if she/he doesnt already have one!).

10. Raw Shea Butter Body Lotion with Frankincense and Myrrh

Finally, in the name of health, let's talk healthy skin. This body lotion is more like a creamy paste and youll still feel it on your skin 24 hours later. This company has many different varieties, but this particular product is a perfect gift for Christmas, including Frankincense and Myrrh.

Author's note: I do not have any affiliation with these companies or products and will not receive any compensation for recommending them.
