LAYTON, Utah One little toddler named Hank is spending today recovering after a wild night of trick-or-treating that included getting "pulled over" by police.

In a video posted to Facebook by Deven McBride, you can see the whole incident go down. Little Hank was apparently out celebrating Halloween in a pretty awesome "Lightning McQueen" costume when Layton police noticed he was driving distracted (and probably without a license as well).

"Do you know how fast you were going?" the officer asks Hank, before immediately following it with, "Can I get a high-five?"

Layton police also posted about the incident on Facebook saying, "We caught Lightning McQueen tonight driving distracted. We gave him a warning, but told him to watch the Skittles intake."

To be honest, that's great advice for all of us post-Halloween, especially if we want to avoid future brushes with the law.
