Audrey Mark noticed something unusual during a recent trip to her local Target store in Raleigh, North Carolina. A Target employee was helping a young boy tie a necktie. She snapped a picture, which now has more than 48,000 likes, 1,000 comments and nearly 4,000 shares on Facebook.

In Target at Triangle Town Center, Mark wrote on Targets Facebook page. A kid came in looking for a clip-on tie for a job interview this afternoon. The store only had regular ties, so this awesome Target team member took the time to help the nervous teen put on his new tie, tuck in his shirt and then showed him how to give proper handshake and tackle a few tough interview questions!

The employees that helped the young man have since followed-up to find out whether the young man got the job he interviewed for at a nearby Chick-Fil-A.

According to CNN, David Langston, operator of the Chick-fil-A, said that the fast food restaurant has not yet made a hiring decision but added that the boy made an impression during his first interview.

We have a three-part-interview process, and we are inviting him back to have his second interview, Langston told CNN. Hes a really nice kid. We hope to talk to him today (Friday), but we have to wait until he gets out of school and check his availability to set up the second interview.
