When the Effingham Chamber heard the state capitol could use some “dough,” they got in the kitchen and started baking. The kitchens at Ebenezer Middle School smelled like cinnamon rolls late Thursday as staff and volunteers baked up some sweet treats to take up to Atlanta for Effingham Day at the Capitol.
