Effingham County Victim Witness Assistance Program and the Effingham County Domestic Violence Task Force will hold an annual candlelight vigil Oct. 6 at 5:30 p.m. at the Effingham County Courthouse.

The event will honor the victims and survivors of domestic violence in observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
