Historic Effingham Society Vice President Richard Loper spoke at the Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club on April 29.  
Society Publicity and Membership Chairperson Susan Exley presented a PowerPoint slide show of the Society’s accomplishments and dreams.  

Everyone is welcome to participate in the historic preservation efforts and to do genealogical research at the museum in the old jail.  The Sunrise Rotary Club meets at the Guyton Christian Church Center, 105 Third St. in Guyton, Tuesday mornings at 7:30 a.m.
