Mosley attends probate judges training session

Effingham County Probate Judge Beth Rahn Mosley attended the probate judge’s 2009 spring seminar from April 13-17.

The seminar was held at The Center for Continuing Education in Athens. The conference is open to all probate judges in Georgia’s 159 counties.

The conference training instructors were chosen by the Institute for Continuing Judicial Education. Training topics included Georgia law updates pertaining to probate court, such as firearms, compromised claims and wills as well as other important topics.

Judge Mosley’s attendance aids in fulfilling mandatory hours of probate judge’s training for each year.
