SAVANNAH—The Coastal Bank recently promoted banking professional Candace Adkins to vice president of the bank’s retail banking division. In her new position, Adkins is responsible for coordinating all production, sales and service delivery for the retail banking division.

 

Adkins joined The Coastal Bank in 2007 as retail sales administrator, serving as liaison between executive management and retail before being promoted to assistant vice president of the bank’s retail banking division in 2008. She began her banking career as a peak-time floating teller in 2001 at a regional bank in Savannah and was named branch manager in 2005.
