Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union is offering a free home buying seminar April 21 at 6 p.m.

Four mortgage specialists will cover all aspects of home buying by presenting information on under-writing/processing mortgage paperwork, the importance of home inspections and real estate appraisals, and the closing procedure and timeframe. Following the hour-long presentation, the mortgage specialists will answer questions from the audience.

Georgia Heritage FCU members and the public are invited to attend this free seminar set for 6-7:30 p.m., April 21, at the credit union located at 1085 West Lathrop Ave., outside the gates of International Paper. A meal will be provided. To reserve a spot, call (912) 236-4400.
