STATESBORO — The Continuing Education Center at Georgia Southern University is offering an online real estate licensing course that prepares aspiring agents for the real estate salesperson exam.

The 75-hour, pre-license course is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for people who wish to become a licensed real estate salesperson. It is comprised of 15 modules that cover topics from the real estate salesperson exam, ranging from real estate contracts to safety precautions.

The program gives working professionals flexibility. Students have the option of taking classes when they fit in their schedule.

In addition to the pre-license course, Georgia Southern offers post-license and continuing education credit options approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

The fee for the pre-license course is $299 per person. For more information, visit http://www.georgiasouthern.edu/conted or call (912) 871-1755.
