Well, La Dee Da
cutting the ribbon
Julie Lanham and her mother Simone Curry, with help from the Effingham Chamber of Commerce, cut the ribbon on Lee Dee Da.
The Effingham Chamber of Commerce welcomed La Dee Da, a children’s clothing and accessories shop. The store, at 201 N. Columbia Ave., opened in October and is operated by Julie Lanham and her mother Simone Curry. The store also carries many items made by local mothers such as hair bows, diaper bags by Polka Dot Lady, tutu’s, diaper cakes and much more. The store, which is across from the Curiosity Shop, is open Tuesday-Friday from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
