The Effingham County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division arrested Tad Blaine Kessler Sunday night at approximately 8:30 p.m. in Effingham County.  

Kessler was responsible for cashing stolen lottery tickets that were taken in a burglary from a convenience store on Long Bridge Road. Kessler has been charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, violating the Georgia Lottery Ticket Education Act and theft by taking.

Kessler is currently incarcerated in the Effingham County Jail.

More arrests are expected.
