Rincon Police have arrested a 20-year-old man and charged with him a host of crimes.

Officers apprehended Steven Anderson on Feb. 16 in connection with several vehicle break-ins and commercial burglaries. Rincon Police said that during these incidents, Anderson stole checkbooks and the personal identity of the victims.

Anderson was arrested at Walmart while attempting to return items for a cash refund he purchased with the stolen checks.
