SPRINGFIELD -- Early voting for the Dec. 4 runoffs will start Monday and end Nov. 30 at the Effingham County  Board of Elections office, 284 Ga. Hwy 119 South,

The hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Old Marlow will not be available for early voting and Saturday voting will not be an option.

The ballot includes races for secretary of state and a spot on the Public Service Commission. Both races went to a runoff because none of the candidates took a 50-percent-plus-one-vote majority in the Nov. 6 election.
