Effingham County County Sheriff's Office seeks help to locate suspect

SPRINGFIELD -- The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for financial transaction fraud.

The suspect was driving a late model, small, silver Cadillac SUV.

The photograph that accompanies this story was taken in the Pooler Walmart on May 31. The large box he is caring is a swing.
