Arrests/Citations


* Garrett Ogle, Harvey Road – driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, cancelled or revoked license, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers and wanted person (warrant service)


* Christopher Kurtz, McCall Road – driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane


* Lynn Barlow, Old River Road – expired tag and no insurance (both citations)


* Charles Nasworthy, Fort Howard Road – possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession and use of drug related objects


* Gage Sargent, Sandstone Drive – disorderly conduct


* Tabitha Kennedy, Town Park Drive – driving while license withdrawn and tag light required


* Robert Bishop, Bluff Drive – wanted person (warrant service)


* Timothy Moore, Southern Charm Way – obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers


* Kerrie Smith, Highway 21 South – driving while license suspended or revoked (misdemeanor)


Incidents


* River Branch Road – A residential structure was spotted having caught on fire through unknown means from the back porch.


* Old River Road – A man without a valid license ran from police upon being spotted driving a green van.


* Morgan Cemetery Road – A woman stated that her neighbor internally let the woman’s dog loose so that she could call humane enforcement on her.


* Sparrow Lane – A man advised that an unknown person had went onto his property and stole his lime green bike.


* Southern Charm Way – A woman stated that her husband violently grabbed her arm in front of their son in an attempt to get her to come home.


* Highway 21 South – A gas station clerk stated that a man threatened to come to the store with a gun after he accused her of calling his son a racial slur.


* Highway 17 South – A woman stated that she accidently hit a dog while driving down the road on her way to work.


* Whirlwind Way – A woman stated that her neighbor started beating on her door and cussing after the woman’s son accidentally let his dog out.


* Old Louisville Road – A woman stated that on three separate occasions, someone had damaged her dog kennel and bicycle.


* Cambridge Drive – A woman stated that someone had stolen her black purse from her vehicle which contained her driver’s license, cell phone, debit cards, insurance cards, and $500 in cash.


* Beebe Road – A man stated that an intoxicated acquaintance had threatened to cut him with a knife after the two got into an altercation.


* Sir Arthur Court – An intoxicated woman stated that her husband has threatened to harm her dogs.


* Chimney Road – A woman stated that she caught an unknown person keying her car at her residence.


* Rodgers Drive – A man stated that an unknown person stole his pistol, a pair of binoculars and a pair of sunglasses from his truck early in the morning.


* Hillvale Cove Way – A woman stated that someone living at her old place of residence had opened a television account in her name.


* Old Louisville Road – A woman stated that she wanted an acquaintance served an eviction notice after the two had gotten into a verbal dispute.


* Southern Charm Way – A woman stated that her ex-boyfriend (Timothy Moore) had been harassing and threatening her at her house. He was arrested in a separate incident (see arrest reports).


* Paddleford Drive – A man stated that an unknown person broke into his utility trailer and stole his chainsaw, two weed eaters, a bag of cat litter, laundry detergent and a black tent.


* Thomas Circle – A man stated that the passenger window of his truck shattered while he was sitting in it.


* Red Bluff Circle – A woman stated that she had been scammed out of $1,000 by a man over the phone.
