The Rotary Club of Effingham recently held its Volunteer of the Year awards. 

The 2022 Herb Jones Volunteer of the Year is Steve Ehlenbeck, who was presented his award by Rotary Club of Effingham County President Toni Hardigree. 

The first runner-up for the Volunteer of the Year honor went to Larry Fort with Blue Sky Acres, and second runner-up was awarded to Norma Baumstimler of Manna House.
