We Be Jammin' LLC product named 2022 Flavor of Georgia

RINCON -- Christy Bush of Pooler won the top prize in Jams & Jellies category the Flavor of Georgia Food Product Contest in Athens at The Classic Center on Thursday.

Bush's We Bee Jammin' LLC Strawberry Lemonade jam emerged victorious after a three-minute presentation about the product, a raw product taste test and an "enhanced" taste test. The enhanced test involved using the jam to make cupcakes or as an ice cream topping, etc.

The contest, sponsored by the University of Georgia and Georgia Grown, started in March with 148 entries and was whittled to a group of finalists that were tested in Athens. Learn more about We Be Jammin' LLC at www.WeBeeJammin.com.
