Andrew Martin (East Georgia State College) — Martin is 2-1, allowing seven earned runs on 20 hits and six walks while striking out three in 14 innings for the Bobcats (7-18).
Kyle Ward (Georgia College and State University) — Ward has appeared in eight games for the Bobcats, who are 20-5. Ward has struck out eight and walked two while allowing nine earned runs on 18 hits in 11 innings.
Alec Arnsdorff (Georgia Highlands College) — Arnsdorff, a freshman catcher, has played in eight games and is 2-for-14 with one run scored and two RBIs for the Chargers.
Ryan Frederick (GSU) — Frederick is 3-0 in five starts for the Eagles, giving up 10 runs on 25 hits and nine walks in 24 innings. He has struck out 21 and has an earned run average of 3.75. Frederick was named the SoCon pitcher of the week for March 24, going 2-0 with a 1.69 ERA in three games, including a win over then-No. 13-ranked Clemson.
Eric Knox (Georgia Tech) — Knox, a freshman outfielder for the Yellow Jackets, is 2-for-5 with one double, one RBI and one run scored in four games.
Dylan Griffin (Georgia Southwestern State University) — A freshman catcher, Griffin is 10-for-39 (.256) with six RBIs for the Hurricanes.
Zack Smith (Georgia Southwestern State University) — Smith is 1-3 in nine games, allowing 19 earned runs in 25 2/3 innings. He has walked 13 and struck out 18.
Spencer Harvey (Middle Georgia State College) — Harvey is 14-for-53 with two doubles and eight RBIs in 16 games for the Knights, who are 22-8.
Steven Vaughn (Missouri Southern State University) — A senior, Vaughn has appeared in 17 games and has registered three saves. He is 0-1 with a 2.45 ERA, having allowed six earned runs on 14 hits in 22 innings. He has walked eight and struck out 22.
Austin Denney (Savannah State University) — Denney is 3-1 with an ERA of 2.25 for the Tigers. In eight games, he has allowed 10 earned runs on 33 hits and 14 walks in 40 innings. He has 26 strikeouts.
Aaron Hoffer (SSU) — Hoffer is hitting .228 with one homer, four doubles and 11 RBIs.

Men’s basketball
DeQuincey Bennett (Johnson and Wales University) — Bennett, a junior, was named to the USCAA all-American second team, becoming the first Wildcat to earn such honors. He led the nation with 109 3-point field goals made, and he made at least five 3s in eight games this season. He scored in double figures in 26 of 29 games.
Alexis Mercer (Armstrong Atlantic State University) — Mercer is hitting .420 with 14 home runs and 33 RBIs for the No. 3-ranked Pirates (25-7). She also leads the team in doubles (11) and runs scored (36).
Courtney Jenkins (East Georgia State College) — The sophomore is 5-4 with an ERA of 2.13, striking out 45 while allowing 19 earned runs on 59 hits and 23 walks in 62 1/3 innings. She is also 18-of-51 at the plate with one homer, four doubles and eight RBIs.
Maddie Evans (Reinhardt University) — Evans is 3-for-13 with three runs scored and two RBIs in 12 games for the Eagles (30-7).
Katie Rietkovich (Reinhardt University) — Rietkovich is hitting .300 with nine home runs, four doubles and 27 RBIs for the Eagles.
Shelby Zipperer (University of South Carolina-Beaufort) — Zipperer, a junior outfielder, is hitting. 283 with three doubles, three homers and 12 RBIs for the Sand Sharks (21-5).
