A line of students stretched out to the cafeteria, waiting patiently, as teachers and visitors cut ahead, to enter a small room tucked below the distinctive mural reading “Mustangs, where the legend lives.”

Inside, Sherri Baggott’s entrepreneurial ventures class manned their stations. All the strategies and principles they learned in the previous introductory courses materialize, as the 15 students take the reins of the Stang Zone.

“Well, I’m hoping that they will talk about this in future job interviews,” Baggott said, “and say, ‘I have worked on a point of sale system; I have worked on a cash register; I have been a store manager at 17 years old.’”
