Cub Scout Pack 295 enjoyed a great day of fishing this past Saturday at Powers Lake in Guyton. More than 50 scouts signed up for the event. Joe Powers led the boys in a morning devotional followed by the pledge to the flag, after which the lines began hitting the water. Some large catfish were caught along with some smaller bass and bream.
