Ella Kaye Marsh was crowned Teeny Miss United States National Forestry Queen at the national pageant, held Sept. 4. Marsh was chosen out of a group of 10 girls. She also won photogenic. In June, Marsh was named the first state queen from Effingham County in the 71-year history of the state forestry pageant. She also won most beautiful, prettiest dress and photogenic at the state pageant.
