RINCON, Ga. — Amber Milican, 35, was one of two people found dead inside a home at 574 Goshen Road, where investigators say a husband and wife died in a murder-suicide.

Deputies with the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office responded to the residence just before 3 p.m. Wednesday. The investigation remains in its early stages, and no additional details have been released.
