Carson McClellan, a 25-year-old Georgia Southern alum, is stepping into the role of defensive coordinator at South Effingham High School. With college-level coaching experience and a 4-2-5 defensive scheme, he aims to turn around a Mustangs defense that allowed 46 points per game last season.
