Amber D. Arnsdorff, daughter of Dan and Yvonne Arnsdorff of Springfield, was the recipient of Historic Effingham Society’s 2007 Scholarship. Richard Loper presented the scholarship during Class Night at Effingham County High School on May 15. The scholarship, named in memory of Historic Effingham member Henry Wilkins, is given by Historic Effingham Society to a student pursuing higher education in the field of history or journalism.
