Students from South Effingham High School and Effingham County High School were recognized at the Exchange Club's meeting May 7. The Youth of the Month/Year program enhances career opportunities for those honored, and also promotes good citizenship, a desire for greater scholastic achievement and the development of well-rounded personalities to other young adults in the community. Youth of the Year will be chosen from this group and recognized at the Class Night Awards Program.
