Four earn degrees from University of Georgia

The following students from Effingham County received degrees from the University of Georgia at the end of the fall 2010 semester. Commencement exercises were held Dec. 17, 2010, at the University of Georgia.

Graduating were:

Ryan Michael Allen of Guyton, with a bachelor of science in forest resources

Christopher Matthew Gregory of Guyton, with a bachelor of business administration

Robert James Schmelter of Guyton, with a bachelor of science in agriculte

Nichole Annette Snellof Rincon, with a bachelor of science.

Effingham Students Honored at Signing Ceremony

Effingham College and Career Academy and its partner Savannah Technical College celebrated four students - Ben Bothwell, Caleb Coburn, Immanual Jackson and Alex Smith, who earned positions at Gulfstream Aerospace.
Effingham College and Career Academy (ECCA), in partnership with Savannah Technical College, hosted a signing ceremony today to honor four graduating students who have completed the Gulfstream Aviation Pathway and officially signed employment agreements with Gulfstream Aerospace.
