Gail Gauthier of Rincon graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, with a master’s of health care administration at the school’s August commencement exercises.

The commencement exercises were held at Baylor’s Ferrell Center.

Baylor is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and is ranked 75th in the 2008 U.S. News and World Report rankings of the nation’s top doctoral-granting universities.
