Fundraiser to benefit Victim Witness

Effingham Dancing with the Stars, a fundraising event to benefit Effingham County Victim Witness Assistance Program Inc. will be Oct. 1 at 7 p.m.

Community volunteers dance for your enjoyment at the Effingham Career Academy. The following stars Calli Arnold,  Dr. James Cornwell, Mayor Michael Garvin, Phillip King, Adam Kobek, Mayor Ken Lee, Commissioner  Reggie Loper,  Alderman Les Peavy , Heather Sandstrom and Kia Westmoreland-Reese will be dancing for your votes.

Online voting has begun at www.dancing.effinghamtheatre.com.  Vote early.  Vote often.  Each vote costs $1. All money received through on-line voting goes to Effingham County Victim Witness Assistance Program.

Ticket sales will begin soon.  Look for further information or call 754-7460.
